Setting Up Your Prayer Group

We are beyond excited that you are interested in covering our city in prayer. This page is meant to guide you through the process of setting up your prayer group. Getting a prayer group started can have its challenges, and it can also be difficult to sustain. That’s why we are here to help, so please do not hesitate to contact us! We’ve outlined a few steps below to help make sure you’re set up for success. Once you’ve decided on the first two steps, please fill out the following form. The information will be sent to our team and will allow us to put together a calendar to make sure Chattanooga is covered in prayer - 365 days a year!

  • The “Prayer Leader” will be the person that organizes your prayer group, and the main point of contact for our team. If your prayer group is a part of a church, please let someone in leadership know that you are committing to pray for your city. Several times over the course of the year, we will gather all the city’s Prayer Leaders for prayer summits. These luncheons or coffees will be designed for community prayer and to share testimonies, strategies, and best practices.

  • We are asking Prayer Leaders to choose a regular day and week of the month such as “the 2nd Tuesday” or “4th Saturday” of each month to cover in prayer. This enables the group to be consistent on which day of the week it falls on, and is best for busy schedules. Our team will keep a calendar of what days are covered in prayer.
